I’m going to be making a web site for somebody and I have to do it without it costing anything. I know of free web hosting from Angelfire and Geocities, but I really would like something that doesn’t have any pop-ups, addbanners, or long URL names. I also know how to turn my computer into a web server, but I’de really rather not. I’de like to have a decent amount of webspace, PHP & CGI capabilities, no pop-ups/ad-banners, short URL name, no file-size limit, and a high data transfer limit. Does anybody have any recommendations?

I need help, I am 21 female and homeless, I can’t get anything done without certain things and its such a frustrating runaround, I left home because of mental and emotional abuse, which had turned physical, badly physical since I was 12.

Also does the US believe that this potential Presidential candidate holds a security risk to the USA for the evidentiary proof has been and continues to be that it is the LTTE affiliates that are everywhere from Logan Airport to Wall Street to Great Lakes shipping channels that pose risk to the USA. Since one of the founding members of the LTTE has recently retired from longstanding service at Logan as a shipping and logistics administrator, the investigation into Galleon and the bonding of the vessel that carried Tamil illegal immigrants from India to Canada (including those listed as on Interpol hotlists) are all security risks that continue to exist in the US whereas a situation that “surrendering” terrorists with full armed militia back up that attacked security forces under the ruse of surrender have nothing to do with homeland security in the USA or security for US citizens abroad. With the continued and known associations between LTTE and other terrorist groups such as PKK and Hamas not only on foreign soils but in US court cases the linkages to funding, trafficking and costly, societally disruptive “political” actions that have led to dangerous situations domestically (and are matters of national security and are war crimes) are all matters that deserve due diligence for those people did not organise or collaborate without the LTTE.
The US is up against several illegally funded separationist groups working on its own soil, the extents of those bodies and their foreign affiliations have yet to be explored. The US cannot claim that ist own behaviours may have been put to media misrepresentation without allowing EVERY possibility that such misrepresentations occur in forums where there is less US involvement. If I had not spoken in person to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, in the lead up to this last US presidential election – it would be one thing but this information did make it to several power players and it is up to the US to act to protect its own country and realixe that Sri Lanka has acted to protect her own soil and her own peoples.

i saw this website referred to in an answer on a question and i wanted to know did anyone know anything about it????

When I save a clip or picture it saves as a .php file. I then can’t open it, split it or do anything. What are they and how can I save files from websites to another format?
