osCommerce HELPPPPPP??????

Ok, im trying to upload a new privacy policy to my ecommerce site using my ftp program….and when I do it I keep getting this error……..Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/herblife/public_html/includes/languages/english/privacy.php on line 44……….this is line 44 in the code……..

Using a header tag in PHP I’m getting a invalid URI error. Help Please.?

Here is my code for this:

if(isset($_COOKIE['refurl'])){
header(“Location: /”.$_COOKIE['refurl']);
exit();
}else{
header(“Location: http://www.homepage.com”);
}

after the header is sent and on the page i get the error msg the address bar says this

http://www.homepage.com/www.homepage.com/articles/article1/

any ideas how to fix this?

// I had to chang the actual ur’sl for security reasons
the url cut off but it looks like this

http://www.h.com/www.h.com/articles/article

with the h’s standing for the actually site
i tried removing the slash then I get the
www.h.com/www.h.com/articles

over and over again in and endless loop

phpBB Forum Problems.?

On my site, www.devup.info (forums www.forums.devup.info), I have set up phpBB for a forum. I waited hours and hours for my hosting servers to update PHP’s security version so I could use them. However; some of phpBB’s pages weren’t loading. For example; I tried logging into my account, but I’d get an “Internet Explorer cannot display webpage” error. I also get the same error when I click the “Administration Panel” link on the bottom of my page. I know the servers suck, but the pages should eventually load. Thanks in advance! -Sionysus

how do you solve this error: no testing server running on the server machine ? need answer asap.?

i am developing a monitoring system that uses PHP/MYSQL in dreamweaver. while trying to connect dreamweaver with mysql i get the above error. what should i change in the testing server settings? local info settings? remote info settings?
