What are your likes or dislikes about this new format?

When I save a clip or picture it saves as a .php file. I then can’t open it, split it or do anything. What are they and how can I save files from websites to another format?

Social Security Format : ### – ## – #### or 123456789.

I want to be able to validate the format that a user enters to match either of the above format, NOT to validate if its a real social security.

Please just paste the script below. I have tried many links from sites but when I test it, it doesn’t work. Please test it before submitting. Thanks in advance.
