Liberals, would you prefer we use Mexico’s Immigration Law?
Read this thoroughly…
Illegal Immigration is a FELONY in Mexico
Foreigners are admitted into Mexico “according to their possibilities of contributing to national progress.” (Article 32)
Immigration officials must “ensure” that “immigrants will be useful elements for the country and that they have the necessary funds for their sustenance” and for their dependents. (Article 34)
Foreigners may be barred from the country if their presence upsets “the equilibrium of the national demographics,” when foreigners are deemed detrimental to “economic or national interests,” when they do not behave like good citizens in their own country, when they have broken Mexican laws, and when “they are not found to be physically or mentally healthy.” (Article 37)
The Secretary of Governance may “suspend or prohibit the admission of foreigners when he determines it to be in the national interest.” (Article 38)
Federal, local and municipal police must cooperate with federal immigration authorities upon request, i.e., to assist in the arrests of illegal immigrants. (Article 73)
A National Population Registry keeps track of “every single individual who comprises the population of the country,” and verifies each individual’s identity. (Articles 85 and 86)
A national Catalog of Foreigners tracks foreign tourists and immigrants (Article 87), and assigns each individual with a unique tracking number (Article 91).
Foreigners with fake immigration papers may be fined or imprisoned. (Article 116)
Foreigners who sign government documents “with a signature that is false or different from that which he normally uses” are subject to fine and imprisonment. (Article 116)
Foreigners who fail to obey a deportation order are to be punished. (Article 117)
Foreigners who are deported from Mexico and attempt to re-enter the country without authorization can be imprisoned for up to 10 years. (Article 118)
Foreigners who violate the terms of their visa may be sentenced to up to six years in prison (Articles 119, 120 and 121). Foreigners who misrepresent the terms of their visa while in Mexico — such as working with out a permit — can also be imprisoned.
Foreigners who “attempt against national sovereignty or security” will be deported. (Article 126)
* A Mexican who marries a foreigner with the sole objective of helping the foreigner live in the country is subject to up to five years in prison. (Article 127)
* Shipping and airline companies that bring undocumented foreigners into Mexico will be fined. (Article 132)

**Mexicans have priority over foreigners under equality of circumstances for all classes of concessions and for all employment, positions, or commissions of the Government in which the status of citizenship is not indispensable.**
How many States that say they want a law similar to Arizona’s SB1070 could be paid out?
by the Tennessee-based private prisons giant Corrections Corporation of America just like Jan Brewer did? Do you think that this is the main motivation since SB1070 does nothing about border security? If you let them in and catch them here, it means more money for this Corporation and possibly more money for the politicians. What say you?

Jan Brewer’s CCA Money and Her Possible Conflict of Interest Over SB 1070
Several months before signing SB 1070, Governor Jan Brewer accepted hundreds of dollars in “seed money” for her clean elections campaign from corporate executives and others with a possible stake in Arizona’s “papers please” legislation becoming law.
In all, seven executives with the Tennessee-based private prisons giant Corrections Corporation of America contributed $980 for the governor’s start-up fund with Arizona’s clean elections system. A warden for one of CCA’s Arizona prisons gave $100. A CCA shareholder gave $140.
Lobbyists listed with the state of Arizona as having CCA as a client gave another $560, for a total of $1,780. In addition, CCA has contributed a whopping $10,000 to the campaign for Prop 100, the one cent sales tax heavily promoted by Brewer, which is up for approval by voters today. The success of Prop 100 is considered by many to be the linchpin for a Brewer victory in November.
“The more folks that get pulled over and detained, the more money CCA makes,” said Monica Sandschafer, executive director of the Phoenix immigrant rights group LUCHA, which stands for Living United for Change in Arizona. “It’s a pretty disturbing connection between Brewer and this company.”

Are we ready to give back the south west to Mexico?
Immigrant-rights protesters in Denver on Saturday blocked city streets while chanting “Si se puede!” (Yes we can!) and waving Mexican flags. Behind these seemingly spontaneous protest marches against Arizona’s tough immigration law are well-organized groups, some that have an agenda of reclaiming America for their race.
The un-American or anti-American façade of the protests is bad enough, but the reality of the “immigrant rights” movement is even worse. Here is a rundown of the groups behind the protests:
MEChA: MEChA, an acronym for Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán, organized protests against the Arizona law on college campus across the country, most noticeably at elite institutions such as Cornell, Yale, and Stanford. MEChA describes itself as “part of our Raza’s future,” “raza” being the Spanish word for “race.” They argue that they are “Indigenous people to this land by placing our movement in Aztlan.” Aztlan is a legendary homeland for pre-Columbian Mexican cultures but has also become the touchstone for radical organizations which claim that most of Southwestern United States is Mexican territory occupied by Americans. MEChA fits that mold with their call to “undertake a struggle for liberation.”
National Council of La Raza: Another major force in “immigrant rights” is National Council of La Raza, the perhaps the best-known Hispanic interest group and an organization whose racism is built right into their name. On La Raza’s web site they describe some principles governing their approach to “comprehensive immigration reform” (a synonym for amnesty in today’s political discussions), including “getting the 12 million undocumented people in our country to come forward, obtain legal status, learn English, and assume the rights and responsibilities of citizenship.” To be fair, La Raza claims to support “smart enforcement policies that uphold national security and the Constitution,” but the real effort here is clear: to create millions of new voters, voters who are likely to earn lower-than-average wages and likely to support the Democratic Party.

So libs, are you ready to live under the Mexican flag. I sure as hell am not.
For those that think the Arizona immigration law is WRONG, how do you feel about Dem’s National ID proposal?
So, is a biometic national id card the solution?? (Republicans offered a similar measure in 2002 that would have required all states to implement a driver’s license that included biometric information of each citizen)

Also, Democrats claim their most current immigration reform proposal will put appx. 10 million illegal aliens on the path to citizenship??
What happens to the rest of them??

The Democratic proposal includes increased money for border patrol and drug war agents, equipment, helicopters and unmanned drones. It would create a national ID — which is dubbed a “biometric social security card.” Though Democrats insist that it is not an ID card and can only be used for employment purposes………….The crackdown on employers relies on the creation of national identity cards. “These cards will be fraud-resistant, tamper-resistant, wear resistant, and machine-readable social security cards containing a photograph and an electronically coded micro-processing chip which possesses a unique biometric identifier for the authorized card-bearer,” reads the bill summary.

Senate Democrats rolled out their framework for a comprehensive overhaul to immigration Thursday, saying the top priority is to secure the border. They also called for issuing biometric Social Security cards and carving a path for more than 10 million immigrants to become legal.
ryoshi……………”They don’t expect you to carry it at all times to prove your not a criminal. ”
Are you sure??
bob……………….”there is a difference between an ID card and requiring a segment of the population that “looks illegal” to carry proof of citizenship.”
But how are you going to find “illegals” if you don’t check legal status?? And if the id card is irrelevant to checking legal status, WHAT IS IT ACCOMPLISHING??
bob……….”We just want to do it as humanely and constitutionally as possible.”
I’ve heard politicians say this before. 9 times out of 10 it’s code words for we aren’t going to drastically change the border situation.
Can anyone explain how this deals with Newton’s laws of motion?
Go to http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/honda.php and please explain me how that relates to Newton’s law of motion. It’s an ad for honda in England.
