PHP login form – is this reasonably secure?
Hi there. I’ve built a basic content management system for my clients to use – just so they can alter text fields and change a photo or two. But I’ve never been too hot on security aspects so I was looking for a good login script. I found this tutorial: http://www.phpeasystep.com/workshopview.php?id=6 and it looks like it does the job. But I need a more experienced PHPer to give it the thumbs up!
If it’s not up to the job I’d appreciate a link to something that is!
Thanks.
James
Thanks nookkin. That is a pretty amateurish oversight – even I knew about md5! So is that the only problem the script has?

i’ve already filled in the required fields both not the text box where i should enter some security code. the instruction says i should enter both words, separated by a space but i can’t see the words.

Does anyone have web links to full text of the Security & Prosperity Partnership agreements?
I would like them all, but am especially looking for the February 14, 2008 agreement for military cooperation between United States, Canada & Mexico for CIVIL disputes.
For clarity, this one – which I can only find mention of in the Canadian media. Seems our media is keeping it under wraps:
“Welcome to the North American Army”

I want the official documents so I can post them so voters can be aware that North American Union is not a myth.
